Hasan Gigollaj

Kosovo-based entrepreneur and business executive with more than 20 years of experience in international trade, wholesale and retail distribution, private-label development, publishing, and business growth. He is the Founder and CEO of OFFICE1 KOSOVA, established in 2005, where he has led the company’s development from its early stages into an established business serving retail, wholesale, corporate, and institutional markets. A key part of his entrepreneurial career has been the development of private-label brands, including HAS, Sonne, and Bestline. His experience spans the full commercial cycle—from product development and international sourcing to manufacturing partnerships, branding, market positioning, and distribution. His business activities also extend into publishing and bookselling through Altera, reflecting a long-term commitment to education, books, and the development of the local publishing and retail market. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Gigollaj serves as a Board Member of the Kosovo Chamber of Trade and Industry, contributing his business experience to the representation and advancement of Kosovo’s private sector.

Artan Elshani Ardi

Born on 08 February 1980, Artan has built a strong academic foundation in economics, completing his secondary studies at the “Ymer Prizreni” High School of Economics, earning his degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Prishtina, and completing his Master's Degree at “Dardania” University in Prishtina. As a partner and shareholder in JW Group, TLC, and MURATI, he has established a diverse commercial portfolio spanning renewable energy, HVAC systems, and industrial manufacturing. At JW Group, he leads renewable energy investments, photovoltaic power plant projects, and solar energy solutions. Through TLC, he oversees technical operations in heating, cooling, heat pumps, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. At MURATI, his responsibilities cover footwear manufacturing, specifically the production and processing of shoe soles and industrial materials. Artan is a seasoned business development professional with extensive expertise in project management, energy investments, and strategic corporate partnerships. He focuses on scaling clean energy developments and industrial solutions by fostering long-term cooperation between regional enterprises and international partners.
